The Diamond Cyclone Model Flour Mill is J type flour milling machine. Product specification 500, 600, 800 can be applied in flour milling plant with a capacity less than 200TPD.

1. This equipment can be set with microcomputer to realize full-automatic control. The complete machine can be controlled solely; can be controlled in a working net automatically, remotely and intensively; can be included in local area network or internetwork to have remote conection, diagnose and repair.
2. The feeding control system can be pneumatic-coutrol servo feeding or computer-control frequency conversion feeding.
3. Grinder roller adopts eccentric lever clucth structure, and the grinder roll group independently bears working stress.
4. Lie the grinder roll makes the material easily enter grinding area,convenient disassembly and maintenance.
5. Grinder roll bearing adpots self-aligning roller bearing, which ensures coaxial precise turning and bearing high rotating speed and operating pressure.
6. Adopting high quality, high-alloy and high-wear-resistance composite centrifugal grinder roll, steady running and long service life.
7. High precision rigidity strainer, long service life of V-belt.
8. Speed roller adopts three-wheel constant-speed tooth wedge belt, high transfer power, steady running and low noise.
9. There is negative pressure gas suction device of double intakes inside mill chamber, which not only optimizes feeding state, but also improves the thermal discharge of grinder roll and material.
10. The scraper cleans up roller more completely, long service life and easy maintenance.

12. The complete machine is full-closure compound structure, and the machine is painted by electrostatic spraying technique, so its original color can be kept for a long time.
13. The global initial computer automatic test and display, digital adjustment of roller space.
